SISB Suvarnabhumi students from P1 to P6, together with their teachers, participated in morning assemblies focused on mental well-being. Over two days, we practiced simple breathing exercises and discussed how these techniques can help us manage emotions—especially during times of stress, anxiety, or anger.
We also watched a short video that highlighted the importance of mental health and the need to care for our minds just as we do our bodies. Students reflected on activities that support mental well-being, such as exercising, playing outdoors, spending time with loved ones, or engaging in hobbies—from music to any personal passions.
To continue the conversation, we will explore this topic further during our upcoming PCCG lessons with classmates.
