Working with children has always been Narisa’s passion from a young age. In addition to an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communication, she added a Second Bachelor of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology with the Inter American University (Singapore) affiliated with the University of Buffalo. Narisa completed a Diploma in Montessori Early Childhood Teaching London Montessori Center and, in 2014, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in the Early Years by AECES, Singapore. With teaching and leadership experience in both Singapore and Thailand schools, Narisa combines pastoral and academic responsibilities to help the SISB campuses thrive and succeed.
Dr. Ong achieved his doctorate of Philosophy in Biochemistry as a Rhodes Scholar from the University of Oxford, besides being conferred, a B. Sc. Hons Degree in Chemistry, M. Ed., Diploma in Education Admin. with Distinction and a Diploma in PCCG. With about 50 years of experience in education or its management, traversing Nursery/Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, High School and University teaching, his passion is in teaching, setting up schools and implementing the IBDP in premier and international schools in his home country Singapore and overseas.

Marion Barbe is a passionate Early Childhood educator and the Nursery-Kindergarten Principal at Singapore International School of Bangkok, where she has been part of the school community since 2010. With a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Monash University and a Certificate in Early Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, she brings extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development and educational leadership. Jason Tee brings more than 20 years of experience in education, having worked in schools in Singapore, China, and Thailand. He is familiar with the Singapore, Cambridge, and International Baccalaureate curricula, having been actively involved in these programmes throughout his educational journey and professional career.
Jason holds a degree from the National University of Singapore, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Secondary) with Merit from the National Institute of Education, Singapore, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Manchester.
These qualifications have equipped him with a strong foundation in subject knowledge, pedagogy, curriculum planning, educational leadership, and school development. His postgraduate training in education enables him to understand how students learn and how they can be supported academically and personally. At the same time, his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership provides him with the knowledge and skills to guide students, teachers, and the wider school community effectively.
Jason joined SISB in 2017 and played an instrumental role in establishing the IB Diploma Programme in 2019. Irene has been in education since 2002, beginning her career in Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Education) Honours degree from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Education with Credit from the National Institute of Education. She has taught various subjects, with a passion for Science, English, curriculum and assessment. During her career with Singapore’s Ministry of Education, she served as Subject Head for English and Science, and Head of Department for Science. She has been actively involved in action research and has presented her work at international conferences. A certified Mental Wellness Coach and Facilitator, Irene is passionate about staff development and student well-being. With these experiences and skills, Irene proactively works with her colleagues at SISB to provide student-centred, holistic education that brings out the uniqueness of every child.

Peyman began his teaching career in 2007, working with students ranging from 5 to 50 years old. From 2009 to 2010, he served as a supervisor at an educational institute in his home country. He has a Master’s Degree and a strong passion for teaching Mathematics, with 12 years of experience in the subject. In 2020, he became Head of the Mathematics Department and, in 2023, Assistant Principal of the Primary Section. As the Council of International Schools (CIS) Accreditation Coordinator, he supported the school in achieving accreditation in 2025–26. Before joining SISB, he was Head of Grade 3 at a prestigious elementary school in Seoul, where he led a team of teachers and supported the academic and personal development of students.
