Working with children has always been Narisa’s passion from a young age. In addition to an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communication, she added a Second Bachelor of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology with the Inter American University (Singapore) affiliated with the University of Buffalo. Narisa completed a Diploma in Montessori Early Childhood Teaching London Montessori Center and, in 2014, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in the Early Years by AECES, Singapore. With teaching and leadership experience in both Singapore and Thailand schools, Narisa combines pastoral and academic responsibilities to help the SISB campuses thrive and succeed.
Dr. Ong achieved his doctorate of Philosophy in Biochemistry as a Rhodes Scholar from the University of Oxford, besides being conferred, a B. Sc. Hons Degree in Chemistry, M. Ed., Diploma in Education Admin. with Distinction and a Diploma in PCCG. With about 50 years of experience in education or its management, traversing Nursery/Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, High School and University teaching, his passion is in teaching, setting up schools and implementing the IBDP in premier and international schools in his home country Singapore and overseas.

Marion is a passionate Early Years educator. She has been working in education and internationally for the past 12 years and joined SISB 11 years ago. After a Bachelor degree in English Literature from the University of Bordeaux, France, Marion got her Education credentials from the University of Manitoba, Canada. She is committed to developing the “whole child” and promotes teaching practices where the child is an active participant of the learning process and an empowered individual. She believes in guiding new students and their families through the first years of school to make sure they have the best experience and foundation that will lead to great academic success and well-being in the following years. As a long-standing member of SISB, she has helped develop a community of leaders, scholars and global citizens.

Hero possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from National Institute of Education, Singapore, and has been in the education industry for 16 years. He joined SISB in 2012 and rose through the ranks to become Primary School Principal. Hero is passionate about Mathematics, Music, and Child Safeguarding and believes that every child is unique. He enjoys interacting with students, teachers, and parents, and being able to witness the growth and development of each child to become a Scholar, Leader and Global Citizen gives him an immense sense of satisfaction.

Irene attained her Bachelor of Science (Education) Honours degree from Nanyang Technological University and Diploma in Education with Credit from National Institute of Education. Since 2002, Irene has taught many subjects with strong passion in Science and English. She has shown great interest in curriculum and assessment as well. She took on leadership responsibilities such as Subject Head for English and Science and Head of Department for Science. Irene is proactively working with her colleagues to provide a student-centric holistic education to bring out the uniqueness in every child.

Abigail has been teaching young children for almost half of her life. A 2004 graduate of Manila Doctor’s College in the Philippines. Abigail is half Thai, half Filipino, and was born and raised in the Philippines. She decided to permanently move to Thailand after earning her college degree. Currently, she is completing her Master in Education Curriculum and Instruction at the Assumption University of Thailand. Abigail specialises in helping her team with classroom management, instructional strategies, and project-based learning and inquiry-based approaches. Abigail is a lifelong learner and a resilient leader.

Edwin joined SISB in January 2021. Before that, he was a school leader in two primary schools in Singapore and has over 23 years of teaching experience in a Junior College, an Independent School, and a Secondary School. Edwin strives to build a professional learning culture that supports learning for both students and staff. He firmly believes that all teachers are designers of learning experiences and facilitators of learning where students actively learn using technology. Edwin believes every child can learn – not just in school, but for the rest of his life. Daniel Maxwell grew up in England where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature at the University of London and a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from the University of Bath.
Daniel is the Acting Head of School at SISB Chiangmai and a school evaluator for the Council of International Schools (CIS). He has been teaching for over 25 years.

Chris grew up in the south of England before spending most of his life teaching abroad. He has been involved in education for more than 20 years and has been involved in leadership roles at SISB since 2018. With a love of technology and innovative teaching, Chris has spearheaded improvements to English Language and ICT teaching across all SISB campuses. Chris firmly believes in each and every student’s ability to achieve success and strives to develop students holistically so that they can find their passion in life. Lee has been teaching in international schools for over 25 years and has experience in Primary and Secondary education. Lee has been Dean of IT for over 10 years and has been Deputy Principal at SISB for the past 3 years. He has been involved in planning curriculums and assessments in a range of subjects and is certified to teach Cambridge and the IB Diploma Programme. Lee is a Google Certified Teacher, Trainer and Innovator and has presented a variety of workshops to fellow educators on technology integration in different schools across the APAC region. Lee enjoys helping educators to progress on their technology journey.
