In SISB, to ensure our students’ readiness to face the world’s challenges ahead, SISB has constantly been reviewing and realigning the School/Section’s Strategic Thrusts/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Strategies. In addition, the school/Section team made changes in the Strategic Thrusts based on the needs of the students and the internal/external scan of the ever-changing environment in the world.
On 6 October 2022 (Thursday) and 7 October 2022 (Friday), staff from different campuses gathered at the Pracha Uthit campus to review the Section’s Strategic Thrusts/KPIs/Strategies. All staff were empowered and actively participated in the discussion. The team suggested many new ideas, eventually benefiting students’ learning.
In addition, different Sections conducted training for staff based on the staff’s learning needs, which included Problem-based Learning, Assessment, Child Protection Policy etc.
In SISB, we continue to seek improvement in our structures and processes and provide relevant staff training to benefit students’ learning, in line with our school Motto of “Spirit of Excellence” and being a lifelong learner for all staff!
