SISB is proud to be the host of the International Youth Basketball Championships, taking place from June 30 to July 4, at the competition-standard courts of SISB Pracha Uthit campus. This FIBA-accredited event will have the participation of more than 70 teams from 11 countries, including Thailand, New Zealand, and the UAE, with more than 900 athletes of 12-18 years.
SISB believes deeply in supporting and maximising the potential of every child, whether it is inside the classroom, or in other areas such as sports, music and the arts. The event was launched today during a press conference at the Alexander Hotel, and was presided over by Mr. Kelvin Koh, Chairman of the SISB Schools Governing Board; Ms. Apinya Meesamsaen, Ayutthaya Province SAT Provincial Centers Director; Mr. Mongkon Wimonrat, Director General, Department of Physical Education; and Mr. Nipondh Chawalitmontien, President of Basketball Sport Association of Thailand.
