SISB Chiangmai: Primary Field Trip at Maesa Elephant Camp 2023

During the final week of the Singapore International School Chiangmai Summer Camp 2023, the primary school students visited Maesa Elephant Camp to learn about wildlife conservation, the local environment and elephants in Northern Thailand. The trip was very enjoyable and highly educational. The students learnt how to behave correctly when around elephants, how to prepare herbal medicine for elephants and how mahouts take care of their elephants. The students also had the chance to get close to the elephants, feed them and watch them bathe in the river. The trip was a great experience for everyone and gave us an even greater appreciation for these magnificent animals. #SISBcm #elephants #thaielephants #fieldtrip
