CSR Project 3: Giving Back, Building Futures, Growing Global Citizens
On Sept 12, SISB Thonburi proudly launched CSR Project 3: The Collaborative English Language Programme with Phasi Charoen District—a meaningful initiative that reflects our commitment to giving back to society through education.
Mrs Tharaporn Amnuaysarn, Director of Phasi Charoen District, honoured the opening ceremony, along with Mr Kelvin Koh, Chair of the SISB Schools Governing Board.
This year, we are delighted to welcome 75 Primary 4–6 students from nine Thai schools across Phasi Charoen District. Over the 10-week programme, students will develop their English communication skills through engaging activities, storytelling, language games and cultural exchange experiences—while building confidence, resilience, collaboration and a broader understanding of the world around them.
This initiative brings our SISB vision of nurturing Scholars, Leaders, and Global Citizens to life. Being a Global Citizen is not only about understanding the world—it is about recognising our responsibility to serve others, contribute to our community, and use our knowledge and opportunities to make a positive difference.
It also reflects our values of Respect, Resilience, Responsibility and Independence, and our mission to provide a world-class holistic education to make the world a better place.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes to our teacher volunteers, Parents Support Team, staff, and everyone involved for generously contributing their time, expertise and support to make this programme possible.
