“Studying at SISB was both challenging and meaningful for me, especially because I had to learn in three languages at the same time from a young age. Math back in primary school was also very difficult. Looking back, I didn’t realise at the time how much it was training me, but it gradually made me stronger academically without me noticing. Getting through it was not easy, and now I feel proud of myself for having adapted and improved along the way.
SISB helped me obtain my university offers because it prepared me specifically for my Chinese-related major. Studying in a Chinese environment from a young age made me comfortable using the language academically, not just conversationally.
I aspire to work in an international environment where I can use my language skills in a practical way. I’m interested in cross-border business and communication, and I hope to be someone who helps connect people from different markets rather than staying within just one.
