Fueling the Future with Science and Innovation!

This past Wednesday, two teams of our Grade 5–8 students took part in the inter-school STEAM Fair competition, hosted at St. Andrew’s Green Valley campus. The event challenged students to apply their creativity and problem-solving skills under the theme “Harnessing Technology for a Better Tomorrow.”

Throughout the day, our students engaged in a variety of hands-on, science-based activities that pushed their innovation to new heights. They explored sustainable solutions by creating edible water bottles, showcased artistic ingenuity in a giant ‘Art Attack’ using reclaimed materials, and demonstrated engineering prowess in a thrilling bottle rocket launch competition. They also worked through real-world challenges, such as saving a city from a flood simulation and presenting an innovative way to create natural bioplastics.

With exceptional teamwork, creativity, and determination, our students made us proud by securing 2nd place in the competition!  Their achievements reflect their hard work and passion for STEAM learning, and we can’t wait to see how they continue to push the boundaries of innovation in the future. Well done, team!
