On Sept 12, 2024. Our Nursery-Kindergarten students took part in the traditional “Wai Khru” ceremony, a heartfelt celebration where young learners pay respect and show gratitude to their teachers. This meaningful event, also known as the Teacher Appreciation Ceremony, symbolized the deep bond between students and teachers.
The ceremony began with the King’s Anthem, followed by candle lighting and book anointing. The students were captivated by a touching video that highlighted the invaluable contributions of their teachers. Student representatives shared the significance of Wai Khru and explained the symbolic meaning of the flowers. The event also featured a beautiful dance performance by selected K2 students.
A solemn prayer and vow reaffirmed the students’ commitment to honoring their teachers, who were then presented with flowers as tokens of appreciation. It was a truly beautiful event, enjoyed by all!
