[University Offers 2025] Thiwat Jaroenkajornkij (Rangsit)

“My time at SISB could only be described as ephemeral; 12 years of my life passed by in an instant, mainly due to my friends and teachers providing an enjoyable learning experience. Despite its seemingly fleeting nature, each year provided challenges to push me into growing both academically and personally.

Balancing IB coursework, extracurricular activities and personal interests while also applying for many universities felt challenging. However, it all paid off and taught me the importance of time management and perseverance. Another rewarding experience was the relationships that were built throughout my school years, with friends who supported me through thick and thin, and with teachers who provided guidance and wisdom. All these relationships contributed to the person I am today.

If I had to pick one, the most memorable experience throughout this journey would be during Grade 11, where my classmates and I played card games in class during our free time. I would never forget our laughter and the smiles on our faces during those times. Looking back, I wished those times would last forever. I hope to become someone who can have a positive impact on people’s lives, and someone people would appreciate.

Cherish your time with your friends and people you hold dear, as time passes by quicker than you expect. Also, to step out of your comfort zones and do things when the opportunity arises. Sometimes it’s better to regret the things you do rather than to regret the things you didn’t.
