“When I first came to SISB in 2019, I found it difficult to accustom myself to a new country with a completely new culture and language. I had struggled with my comprehension of the different curricula, but my efforts paid off. I achieved a lot during my time in SISB. I managed to establish relationships with many people, even finding my closest friends here. Now, because of my deep connection to Thailand, I have decided to continue my undergraduate education here in Bangkok. If it wasn’t for the help of the people around me – teachers, friends, and family – I wouldn’t be the person that I am today. The school’s counselling team helped me to achieve my goals for my university applications. The process was worth the time and effort and their sincere help played an important role in my selection of universities to apply for, and the one I will finally study at.
Always remember to put yourself first, so focus on taking care of your physical and mental health! If you aspire to connect your work with visual design, remember that motivation comes from peace of mind and does not come from stress or pressure. Like everything, you need a clear mind to reach your goals, so don’t let stress and poor health stop you from achieving your dreams! 🙂 “
