The Primary School Prefects Investiture was held on Sept 15. In attendance were the 64 students from Primary 3 to Primary 6 who were invested with the position of Primary School Prefect. Joining the celebration were the parents of the students, as well as the school management. Sixth Form School Student Council Executive Committee Members Min from G9 Chaucer and Jesse from Grade 9 Strauss hosted the ceremony with exceptional communication.
The Investiture began with opening remarks from Ms. Narisa, the Head of School. Ms. Narisa, Principal Edwin, Assistant Principal Eric and Assistant Principal Rasna then presented the red prefect ties and certificates of appointment to the appointed prefects. The ceremony marked the beginning of the students’ leadership journey as prefects for the new academic year.
Finally, the prefects took an oath in the audience’s presence, symbolising their unwavering commitment to upholding their duties with integrity and dedication. This pledge signifies their responsibilities and highlights their determination to strive for excellence as aspiring Scholars, Leaders and Global Citizens.
