On March 17-18, our SISB Suvarnabhumi Primary section organized a Primary 1 Experience Day for our Kindergarten 2 students to help them transition smoothly into Primary 1. The event provided the opportunity to explore life as a Primary 1 student. The day began with an exciting tour of the Primary building, led by our dedicated Primary prefects. This gave the K2 students a chance to familiarize themselves with their future learning environment.
Following the tour, the students participated in curriculum-based sessions where they engaged in hands-on activities across various subjects. These interactive sessions offered a glimpse into the Primary 1 learning experience, helping to ease any anxieties about the upcoming transition.
To familiarize K2 students with the dining environment, they enjoyed their snack in the Primary canteen while interacting with their peers. After their snack, they had a wonderful time exploring and playing in the Primary playground, where they engaged in fun activities and experienced the open play spaces.
Throughout the day, the K2 students displayed curiosity and enthusiasm, and the event provided a valuable introduction to their next educational milestone. By experiencing the Primary setting firsthand, the K2 students are now better prepared and more confident for the exciting journey ahead.
