On Thursday, April 27, 2023, SISB Suvarnabhumi Primary 1-2 students participated in SISB Suvarnabhumi’s Chinese Penmanship Challenge (汉字书写挑战赛). The aim of the competition was to encourage students to write in accurate and neat fonts. Writing builds memory and students who learn to effectively retrieve characters from their memory can write more accurately. Many characters look almost the same, so it’s only when writing them to perfection that the differences will be better understood. The competition was a fantastic opportunity for students to show their writing talents and all students showed great enthusiasm in participating in this challenge.
