Rayong, Thailand, October 29, 2022 – SISB took a significant step towards the completion of its latest campus, with a Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony on October 29th, 2022, presided by Guest-of-Honour, Dr. Satit Pitutecha, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Health.
Singapore International School Rayong, or SISB Rayong, will be the company’s 6th campus, in addition to campuses in Pracha Uthit, Suvarnabhumi, Thonburi, Chiangmai and Nonthaburi.
Mr. Kelvin Koh, Chief Executive Officer of SISB Public Company Limited, said: “Rayong was chosen as the location of SISB’s sixth campus because of its potential. It is also part of our company vision to make quality education accessible to all.”
Singapore International School Rayong is the first Singapore International School in the EEC Special Economic Development Zone of Rayong Province. Singapore International Schools provide prestigious curricula from Singapore, Cambridge of the United Kingdom and the IB Diploma Programme, which emphasise on excellence in English, mathematics and science, as well as being an international school renowned for its Chinese language. Chinese language is stipulated as part of its curriculum from the age of 2 to 16.
Singapore International School Rayong is ready to begin its first academic year in August 2023, offering pre-kindergarten to secondary, complete with educational personnel of international standards and modern, state-of-the-art facilities.
