On May 30, our students came together for a joyful celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, a cherished Chinese tradition. The highlight of the day was an engaging storytelling session by our Chinese teacher, who brought the festival’s origins and meaning to life.
Inspired by the story, students created colorful rice dumpling crafts decorated with symbols of good luck and prosperity. They proudly shared their work with friends and teachers, explaining the meaning behind their designs with confidence and excitement.
More than just a celebration, the event was a wonderful opportunity for cultural appreciation, creativity, and connection within our diverse school community.
