From April 22-26, 2024, SISB Suvarnabhumi celebrated Book Week. With this year’s theme “Reading is Magic”, the students embarked on a magical journey in celebrating this special event to foster a love of books and the joy of reading.
Captivating activities during the week were prepared for the students. The P1 and P2 students delicately read and browsed books in the library while they played Book Bingo. P3 and P4 students had their adrenaline pumping while they searched high and low in different areas around the school and completed the Book Character Scavenger Hunt. Furthermore, the P5 and P6 students took on the challenge to put their speed and wit to test in the Amazing Library Race.
Just like a book, our celebration has come to an end though, just like most children’s books, the celebration had a magical happy ending as students and teachers came to school dressed-up as book characters paired up with an awarding ceremony for the winners of the different activities and Best Costume.
