SISB Nonthaburi: Lower Primary Science

In Term 1, Lower Primary students have been doing a number of different experiments to improve their scientific knowledge.

Primary 3, students have been investigating fungi and bacteria. To experiment, students used bread, water and clear plastic bags. In one bag they put bread with a few sprinkles of water on and in the other bag, just dry bread. They recorded their observations for 10 days and looked at the differences.

Primary 2 students have been experimenting with mixing substances and made Snow Globes so they could see what happened.

Primary 1 students have been having fun examining their sense of taste and recording a variety of unusual tastes they experienced.

Students enjoy their Science classes and they are a great way for students to practise their skills of inquiry and become more knowledgeable learners.
