Art Exhibition Day

What is an Art Day? It’s that one day of the year when students get to fill their school-hours with Art-related activities. And we had a special one this week at SISB Pracha Uthit. It started with the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Primary Art Exhibition attended by Principal Hero and Head of School Dr Ong. The exhibition showcased the best artworks for this year. A couple of hours later, His Excellency Mr Kinzang Dorji, Ambassador of Bhutan to Thailand, together with CEO Khun Kelvin and the SMT, also viewed the exhibition as they made their way to a special event, The King’s Scholarship MOU Signing Ceremony at the same venue. By lunchtime, another Art-related activity commenced with a Graffiti Art demonstration by our invited artists from the Bangkok Art Community.

The students were able to see and experience first-hand how Graffiti Art is created. The final art piece is now on display outside the Drama Room of the Primary Building. What a great day for Art indeed.
