Welcome from the Head of School

Education is the most powerful tool that can be used to change the world. We aspire to make our students global citizens, to equip them with the skills to change the world to become a world they want to live in. With each day, our teachers do their best to prepare our students with the knowledge to become scholars who know how to think and seek lifelong answers. With the power of knowledge, our students shine as leaders in different areas of their education journey, moving on to becoming leaders in the future.

Our Environment

At the Nursery-Kindergarten (NK) stage, students learn using the UK Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. In the Primary years, the Singapore curriculum lays a strong foundation for the child. In Grade 7 and 8, a hybrid of Singapore and UK curricula is used.

The following two years will see a transition to a full UK curriculum with the Cambridge IGCSE for Grade 9 and 10 students. For our high school students (Grade 11 and 12), SISB provides the Cambridge AS/A Level, a curriculum that is flexible, challenging and inspiring, culturally sensitive yet international in approach. We offer a wide variety of activities and academies to develop our students into well-rounded individuals, including experiential learning trips, and programmes such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.
