Mr. Nontigorn Kanchanachitra is the director serving the Boards of Bank of Thailand, Office of Council State, Office of the Civil Service Commission and Thammasat University. He holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Dhonburi Rajabhat University.

Mr. Koh Yew Hock is the co-founder and CEO of SISB Public Company Limited. Mr Koh was educated in Singapore and has been based in Thailand since 1992. He holds an executive MBA Degree from SASIN of Chulalongkorn University and
a diploma in mechanical engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. He speaks fluent English, Chinese and Thai.

Ms. Wilawan Kaewkanokvijit is the co-founder and Admissions Director of SISB Public Company Limited overseeing the admissions of schools. She spearheads student enrolment matters and serves as the key liaison for group schools with
parents and students. She holds a diploma in accounting from Rajamangala University of Technology.

Mr. Meechai Prasertsri is the director serving boards of Suang Luang & Building Limited and CAC Bangkok Limited. He previously worked as CFO for SISB Company Limited. He holds a Master in Development Economics from NIDA.

Mr. Chatrapee Tantixalerm is CEO of Talis Asset Management Limited. He currently is the director serving boards of Matching Maximize Solution Plc, Uni Venture REIT Management Limited, TSFC Securities Plc and Beryl 8 Plus Limited. He holds a Master in Business from SASIN of Chulalongkorn University.

Mr. Prasitchai Kritsanayunyong is CEO of Casa Longa (Thailand) Co. Ltd. He previously held a role as the executive VP and CFO for TT&T PLC and served as director of audit committee for the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA). He holds a Master in Business from SASIN of Chulalongkorn University.
