Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Student Management
To ensure that students are managed in a professional manner so that the House operates efficiently and effectively.
- Pastoral Care
To oversee the physical, cultural, social, intellectual and emotional developments of the students within the Boarding House. - Orientation
To ensure students’ admission to the Boarding House is managed efficiently and effectively.
- House Management
To ensure the Boarding house complies with health and safety procedures, is well maintained and presented in an attractive way.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Have experience in service industry
- Have exceptional people skills
- Be warm and outgoing with the ability to listen
- Be positive, enthusiastic and hard working
- Have empathy for a range of backgrounds of students including international students
- Be able to balance the need for firmness in policy and procedures while being consistently fair and reasonable
- Have the experience and skills to manage and motivate staff
- Have administrative and organisational strengths
- Have good English and Thai or English and Chinese written and verbal skills
