Job Description

Singapore International School of Bangkok (Pracha Uthit campus) *IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED*

Roles and Responsibilities:

Student Management
- To ensure that students are managed in a professional manner so that the House operates efficiently and effectively.
Pastoral Care
- To oversee the physical, cultural, social, intellectual and emotional developments of the students within the Boarding House.
Orientation
- To ensure students’ admission to the Boarding House is managed efficiently and effectively.
House Management
- To ensure the Boarding house complies with health and safety procedures, is well maintained and presented in an attractive way.

Requirements

Have a bachelor’s degree
Have experience in service industry
Have exceptional people skills
Be warm and outgoing with the ability to listen
Be positive, enthusiastic and hard working
Have empathy for a range of backgrounds of students including international students
Be able to balance the need for firmness in policy and procedures while being consistently fair and reasonable
Have the experience and skills to manage and motivate staff
Have administrative and organisational strengths
Have good English and Thai or English and Chinese written and verbal skills
