“I transferred to SISB in Grade 11 and it was quite a challenge for me. Whether it was the language barrier or the vastly different curriculum from the Thai system, deciding to move here felt like a step out of my comfort zone. However, being in this new environment, surrounded by friends from various backgrounds, has given me opportunities to try things I’ve never experienced before. Whether it’s being an emcee in both Mandarin and English, or representing and delivering speeches, these challenges have helped me grow into a more mature and self-developed individual.
