On Nov 15, our Nursery-Kindergarten students celebrated the beauty of Thai culture with a heartwarming Loy Krathong event. Our NK Thai teachers presented the origins and significance of the celebration, followed by a charming dance performance by our talented Kindergarten 1 and 2 students. To conclude the programme, our senior management team and parent representatives floated krathong, marking a memorable end to the celebration. Afterwards, our young learners enjoyed a special activity where they floated their own krathong, experiencing this unique Thai tradition firsthand.
It was truly a special day, giving our NK students the opportunity to celebrate, learn, and appreciate Thai culture. At SISB, we inspire our students to embrace diverse traditions while fostering the values of global citizenship.
