Our Book Week was extra special this year thanks to an inspiring Author Visit by Ms. Jan Urupongsa and her team! Students were able to enjoy listening to fun-filled stories written by the author herself and they also had the chance to participate in the workshops presented by her. Primary students were given a behind-the-scenes look into the creative process of storybook writing and had the opportunity to put their own ideas into words, inspired by the author’s journey in creating The Owl that Never Ever Flies. It was a day filled with storytelling magic and dreams of writing our own adventures one day!
To conclude the Book Week Celebration, a book sale and signing event was held at the front gate on the final day of the author’s visit, allowing parents and students to purchase books and meet the author in person.
